We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied with any item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns are FREE - we'll cover the return postage costs.

What can I return?

You can return any DVD or bundle purchased from us, provided it's in its original condition with all packaging intact. The DVDs must be unopened and the seals unbroken. If you've received a damaged or defective item, we'll accept returns even if opened - just contact us first.

How do I start a return?

It's easy! Just contact us through our Contact page or email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label via email - simply print it, attach it to the package, and drop it at your nearest post office.

What condition do items need to be in?

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them - unopened, with seals intact, and in original packaging. This helps us maintain quality for all our customers. If you received a faulty or damaged item, different rules apply - just get in touch and we'll sort it out!

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! We provide FREE returns. When you request a return, we'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Just print it, stick it on the package, and send it back. We believe in making returns as hassle-free as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges, but the process is simple: return the item you don't want for a full refund, then place a new order for the item you'd prefer. This way you can take advantage of any current deals or promotions!

What if my item arrived damaged?

We're really sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement right away, or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What if I miss the 30-day window?

Our official policy is 30 days from delivery, but we understand things happen. If you're a few days late, please get in touch anyway - we'll do our best to help. We value our customers and will always try to find a solution that works for you.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed using your original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via PayPal, it returns to your PayPal account. We can't issue refunds to a different payment method for security reasons.
