4. Products and Pricing
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the descriptions, images, and prices of the Products. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Service, you are making an offer to purchase the Products. We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the Products you have ordered. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between us will only take place when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the Products have been dispatched.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Pricing Errors
If we discover an error in the price of Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mcculloch Pitts Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Product images, descriptions, and other content are used for the purposes of selling legitimat products. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
9. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post reviews, comments, and other content. You retain any ownership rights you have in your content, but you grant us a license to use, store, and share that content.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights to the content you post
- The content is accurate and not misleading

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
