We aim to get your DVD bundles to you quickly and affordably. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.
Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
- Orders under £30: £3.99
- Orders £30 and over: FREE
Express Delivery (Next working day)
- All orders: £8.99
- Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
For Express delivery, orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Issues with Your Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mccullochpitts.com with your order number and we'll sort it out for you.
